After finishing my Ph.D. research project, using cDNA-AFLP and microarray as methods to study fruit maturation and ripening processes with Dr. Walsh at UMCP, I switched my research battlefield to prostate cancer treatment discovery by joining Dr. Feng’s biomedical science laboratory at UMAB. Starting in 2007, my focus has changed to generate "input function" for PET imaging and investigate in vivo or in vitro ligand-binding characteristics of a variety of potential biomarkers targeting cancer cells or CNS receptors.
