Research Interests
The HRRT (High Resolution Research Tomograph) is a state-of-the-art PET system with the best resolution for human brain imaging (2.5 – 3 mm). A MOLAR (the Motion-compensation OSEM List-mode Algorithm for Resolution-recovery reconstruction) was developed and implemented for the scanner. My interests include characterization of MOLAR, introduction of anatomical prior into MOLAR, and development of direct 4D parametric image reconstruction.
